Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ad Manager with strong expertise in digital advertising, paid marketing campaigns, budget management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective advertising strategies, managing multiple ad platforms, and maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, headlines, and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and platform-specific reporting tools.




- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve business targets.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of campaign planning, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize performance within defined budgets.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing advertising campaigns for technology, fintech, or digital product companies.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
