Hiring for Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and client accounting assignments. The role requires robust knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Assist in income tax computations and tax assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Audit & Assurance

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors.
- Prepare schedules, supporting documents, and audit reports.
- Assist in resolving audit observations and compliance issues.





Client & Regulatory Coordination

- Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, and government authorities.
- Handle notices, assessments, and compliance-related correspondence.
- Support financial due diligence and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement

- Strengthen accounting controls and compliance procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and record management systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- MBA Finance preferred.(CA Drop out preferred)
- Additional certifications in taxation, accounting software, or finance will be an advantage.

Experience

- 5–12 years of accounting and finance experiences.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts, audits, taxation, and compliance matters.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax,ITR and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel(Advance).
- Ability to prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
