About the Role

We are looking for a Field Officer to identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale across assigned areas of Bengaluru. The role involves visiting different locations, communicating with property owners, collecting basic property information, and sharing photos, videos, and details with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas in Bengaluru to identify properties available for rent or sale.
- Contact property owners and enquire about available residential and commercial properties.
- Collect basic details such as property type, location, size, expected price, and rental value.




- Take photos and videos of properties for listing and marketing purposes.
- Share property details, images, videos, and location information with the internal team.
- Coordinate with property owners to arrange property visits and obtain additional information when required.
- Keep the team updated on newly identified properties and their availability.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
- Petrol allowance provided by the company.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across different areas of Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for taking and sharing photos and videos.
- Ability to interact professionally with property owners.
