Qualification: 4-Year Advanced Tool & Die Making Diploma
Preferred Institutes: IGTR, NTTF, CIPET
Experience: Relevant Experience( 2-5 Years )

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mold Design Engineer to design and develop molds for manufacturing applications and support the development of accurate and efficient mold designs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop plastic injection molds as per product requirements.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed mold designs.
- Work on mold components, assemblies, and detailing.
- Understand product drawings and provide suitable mold design solutions.
- Use CAD software such as Cimatron, NX, CATIA, Creo, or similar software.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and tool room teams for design feasibility and implementation.
- Review designs and make necessary modifications based on manufacturing requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and design-related technical issues.




- Maintain design documentation and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest mold design practices and CAD technologies.

Key Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold Design.
- Knowledge of Cimatron, NX, CATIA, Creo, or similar CAD software.
- Understanding of mold components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
- Good design and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education

4-Year Advanced Tool & Die Making Diploma

Preferred Institutes: IGTR, NTTF, CIPET
