Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, supervise workers, monitor construction progress, and ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and manage workers at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, engineers, and other site team members.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, and work progress updates.
- Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials and minimise wastage.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate for timely availability at the site.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and maintain cleanliness at the site.
- Identify site issues and report delays, technical problems, or material shortages to the Project Manager.




- Follow up on assigned work and ensure proper execution as per instructions.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination among all site workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and construction plans.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, site execution, and quality control.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and handle multiple site activities.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations as required.

Reporting Structure

The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with the concerned engineering and project teams.

Key Performance Expectations

- Timely completion of assigned site work.
- Quality of construction and adherence to approved drawings.
- Proper utilisation of materials and control of wastage.
- Effective management of labour and contractors.
- Accurate daily reporting and regular progress updates.
- Compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
