- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Explain company services, products, and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Convert enquiries and leads into appointments or sales.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
- Follow up on old and existing leads for repeat business opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
