Ride N Repair is looking for an energetic and confident US Tele caller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and assist in converting service inquiries into bookings. Key Responsibilities Make and receive calls with customers in the US market. Explain Ride N Repair services and assist customers with their queries. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the system. Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets. Provide professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery. Requirements Excellent English communication skills – mandatory. Comfortable working in a US/night shift. Good convincing, sales, and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling. Freshers with solid communication skills can apply. Prior experience in US calling, international BPO, telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.
