We are looking for passionate and socially conscious individuals to join us as Social Impact Interns or Associates. The selected candidates will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of community-based initiatives, awareness campaigns, and social welfare projects.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain practical experience in the development sector, NGO operations, community engagement, project management, and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and implementing social impact projects and community health initiatives.
- Support breast cancer awareness campaigns, women's health programmes, and preventive healthcare activities.
- Coordinate with volunteers, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, community leaders, and partner organisations.
- Help organise health camps, awareness sessions, workshops, and community outreach programmes.
- Conduct community outreach to identify local needs and encourage participation in foundation initiatives.
- Support fundraising activities, donor engagement, and partnership development.
- Document project activities, maintain records, and prepare impact reports.
- Assist in creating awareness materials and promoting campaigns through social media and digital platforms.
- Collect feedback and help measure the reach and impact of programmes.
- Contribute ideas for expanding the foundation's initiatives and improving community participation.

Skills and Qualifications

- Interest in social work,



public health, community development, or non-profit management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work with diverse communities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of social media, documentation, and report writing is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, empathy, teamwork, and a commitment to social responsibility.
- Students and graduates from social work, public health, sociology, management, journalism, and related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
