Job Location: Ambattur / Madipakkam / Bharani

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Works Manager with 10–15 years of experience in an automobile workshop. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge and experience managing high-volume workshops handling around 1,000 vehicles per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall workshop operations and daily workflow.
- Lead and supervise workshop teams effectively.
- Ensure smooth handling of high-volume vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Monitor technical quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to ₹45,000/month + CUG SIM + Incentives + Other Benefits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
