Required Skills

Knowledge of organic farming and crop practices, basic agricultural knowledge, labour supervision, record keeping, problem-solving and willingness to work in field conditions.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Agriculture or relevant experience in organic farming.

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day organic farming activities, ensure proper cultivation practices, maintain farm productivity, and follow organic farming standards and procedures.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and supervise organic crop cultivation, sowing, planting and harvesting.

Monitor soil health, irrigation, crop growth and pest/disease conditions.

Use organic manure, compost, bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides as per approved practices.





Maintain farm records for seeds, fertilizers, crop treatments, irrigation and production.

Ensure proper weed, pest and disease management using organic methods.

Coordinate with farm workers and assign daily activities.

Monitor water usage and promote effective irrigation practices.

Conduct regular field inspections and report crop-related issues.

Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of farm equipment and tools.

Support harvesting, grading, storage and packing activities.

Maintain required documentation for organic certification and traceability, where applicable.

Identify opportunities to improve crop yield, quality and farming efficiency.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
