Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduates Only

Experience: 1 Year International BPO

CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA

In-Hand: Approx. ₹27,000–₹32,000/month

Shift: Rotational

Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA

Job Description: Hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading Consumer Electronics & Retail client. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries and complaints, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

1 year of International BPO/Voice Process experience

Strong written & verbal English communication

Good customer handling and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with rotational shifts

Graduates only

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
