PFB JD:-

Ø Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Ø Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ø Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Ø Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.

Ø Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 applications.

Ø Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity issues.

Ø Install and configure antivirus software and endpoint security solutions.

Ø Perform desktop imaging, OS installation, and software deployment.

Ø Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate documentation.





Ø Handle incident and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine.

Ø Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Ø Provide remote support using tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.

Ø Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting defined SLAs.

Ø Perform routine preventive maintenance of IT systems.

Ø Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup and user account management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
