About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and communication-oriented PR Executive to manage outreach for our podcast channel. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential guests, connecting with professionals and public figures, and inviting them to participate in our paid podcast programs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable initiating conversations, building qualified relationships, explaining podcast participation packages, and converting interested prospects into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Outreach: Identify and approach entrepreneurs, business owners, industry experts, influencers, professionals, and public figures who may be interested in appearing on our podcasts.
- Lead Generation: Research and build a database of potential podcast guests through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, other social media platforms, and relevant online directories.
- Communication & Invitations: Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media DMs to introduce our podcast channel and invite them to participate.
- Paid Podcast Promotion: Explain the available paid podcast packages, participation benefits, pricing, and associated deliverables to interested prospects.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with interested individuals, address their queries, handle initial objections, and convert qualified leads into paid podcast bookings.
- Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with potential guests and ensure smooth coordination throughout the booking process.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate podcast dates, guest availability, recording schedules, and other participation requirements with the internal team.




- Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, interested prospects, confirmed bookings, and conversions.
- Performance Tracking: Work towards assigned outreach, lead generation, follow-up, and booking targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant PR, communications, marketing, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching new people and initiating professional conversations.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and professional networking.
- Persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain paid podcast participation opportunities professionally and confidently.
- Organized approach to maintaining lead databases and tracking follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
