Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive / Legal Officer from the real estate industry with a strong background in legal drafting, court appearances, legal research, and preparation of legal briefs. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a good command of English and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, notices, petitions, and other legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, legal opinions, and supporting documentation.
- Handle matters related to land acquisition, property title verification, ownership disputes, tenancy, and possession.
- Review development agreements, sale agreements, leave and license agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and internal departments.
- Assist in matters involving BMC, SRA, MHADA, municipal authorities,



and other relevant government bodies.
- Monitor ongoing litigation, court hearings, legal notices, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in legal drafting, court appearances, legal research, and brief preparation.
- Must have prior experience in the real estate industry.
- Candidates residing along or conveniently connected to the Western Railway Line, Mumbai, will be preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Marathi.
- Solid legal drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently.
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
