Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a branch of a reputed mobile accessories company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales management, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the branch.
- Supervise and guide indoor sales staff.
- Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
- Monitor product displays and maintain showroom standards.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain daily records.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or branch management is preferred.
- Experience in mobile phones and accessories is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales targets, inventory management, and reporting.
- Ability to handle daily operational responsibilities independently.
- Good English communication skills.
