Job Summary

Imazine Us is looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Bidding Executive who can help us acquire new clients and generate business through online freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.

The ideal candidate should understand how freelancing platforms work, have strong written communication skills, and be capable of identifying relevant projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant projects and business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Write and submit customized, persuasive proposals based on client requirements.
- Manage daily bidding activities and maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients through platform messaging and scheduled meetings.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to help convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals, client responses, follow-ups, and project conversions.
- Research competitors,



market trends, and pricing strategies to improve bidding performance.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, development, and digital marketing teams to ensure accurate project pitches.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead-generation, client-acquisition, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms is preferred.
- Positive written English and professional communication skills.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and proposal writing.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, graphic design, website development, or other creative services is an advantage.
- Ability to research projects, identify suitable opportunities, and prioritize high-potential leads.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with project pricing, quotations, and lead tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as with a team.
