Key Responsiblities -

- Manage TPA, insurance, and cashless operations.
- Handle pre-authorizations, approvals, enhancements, and discharge coordination.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurers, patients, Billing, Finance, and clinical departments.
- Monitor claims, pending cases, queries, rejections, and outstanding payments.
- Supervise the TPA team and ensure timely claim processing.
- Maintain MIS and ensure compliance with hospital and insurance protocols.

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5+ years in Hospital TPA/Insurance Operations
Skills: TPA Coordination, Claims Management, Insurance, Billing, Team Management & MIS

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
