Job Description:

- Lead overall IME operations for mobile tower sites.
- Manage and guide Technical Managers, Supervisors, and Field Technicians.
- Monitor site uptime, SLA, PM, breakdowns, and MTTR.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor DG, battery, SMPS, AC, power systems, and energy/diesel management.
- Review Technical Managers’ performance and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Handle critical outages, escalations, RCA, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with NOC, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational performance.
- Control maintenance costs, diesel consumption, and resource utilization.
- Ensure safety, quality, SOP, and customer compliance.
- Conduct regular field audits and operational reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in uptime, service quality, and operational efficiency.





Educational Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related engineering field.

Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in Telecom Tower O&M; / IME / Infrastructure Maintenance.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or team-leadership role, preferably managing Technical Managers and multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of DG, Battery, SMPS, AC, Electrical Systems, Preventive Maintenance, and Outage Management.
- Valuable leadership, customer coordination, MIS, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
