Job Summary

DR Aravind IVF Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have relevant nursing experience, good communication skills, and a patient-focused approach.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general health conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Explain treatment instructions and pre-procedure preparations to patients.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean clinical workplace.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of medical equipment and nursing supplies.




- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
- Support IVF-related clinical activities as instructed by the treating medical team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and safety standards.

Eligibility

- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or ANM qualification as applicable to the position and hospital requirements.
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- IVF, fertility, or hospital experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
