- Welcome and seat guests warmly with menu recommendations and immediate hospitality.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Suggestively sell items (up-selling specials, beverages, and desserts) to enhance guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and feedback gracefully, resolving service complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise, guide, and support service stewards, waiters, and bus staff during shifts to ensure smooth floor operations.
- Ensure table setups, cutlery, glassware, and side stations meet company service standards prior to opening and throughout service hours.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen / Back-of-House (BOH) team to manage order timing and maintain smooth food delivery flow.
