We are looking for a "one-man army" to independently manage a premium Game Zone in Anupgarh. If you want to run a business like it is your own, this is the perfect opportunity. For the right candidate, this role is a pathway to a long-term, highly profitable partnership. ​ Mandatory Terms (Please Read Carefully Before Applying) These strict conditions exist to filter out casual applicants. We only want highly competent, responsible individuals. ​Security Deposit: Because you will handle cash and expensive electronics alone, the first month’s salary is held as a rolling security deposit. Regular payouts start from the second month. ​Notice Period & Penalty: A mandatory 2-month notice period is required. Leaving abruptly without serving notice will result in a penalty demand of 3 months' salary to cover business disruption. ​Asset Accountability: Any damage to TVs, consoles, or premises due to negligence, failure to enforce rules, or unauthorized absence will be recovered from your compensation. ​Bonus Condition: The Diwali profit-share requires one full year of satisfactory service.



Mismanagement or equipment damage will result in immediate termination and bonus cancellation. ​Attendance: Solo operation requires high reliability; frequent or unnotified leaves cannot be accommodated. Your Daily Responsibilities ​End-to-End Management: Handle daily operations independently, from opening to closing. ​Billing & Accounts: Manage customer time slots, collect payments, and maintain accurate daily cash ledgers. ​Technical Handling: Update gaming software, pair remote controllers, and troubleshoot basic console or TV issues. ​Security & Protection: Ensure absolute safety of all expensive equipment against theft or rough handling by customers. ​Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the zone spotless! Take full responsibility for daily sweeping, dusting, wiping screens, and sanitizing controllers. Marketing & Community: Build a strong local gaming community, enforce shop rules politely but firmly, and use creative ideas to increase daily footfall. ​ Required Skills & Verification ​Gaming Enthusiast: You must understand gaming hardware and software. ​Absolute Honesty: Completely trustworthy with money and premium assets. ​Jack-of-all-Trades: Willing to do everything from technical troubleshooting to floor cleaning. ​ID Verification: A valid local Aadhar card and one local guarantor reference are strictly required before joining.
