Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.
- Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with clients regarding queries, feedback, and ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Maintain client records, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and support client retention.
- Prepare regular client interaction and follow-up reports.
