JOB OPENING – MAINTENANCE INCHARGE
Industry: Nitrocellulose (NC) Manufacturing Plant
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, negotiable based on experience
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Handle routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Supervise maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, agitators, bearings, valves, pipelines and utility equipment.
- Plan shutdown maintenance, inspections and equipment overhauling.
- Maintain spare-parts inventory, maintenance records and equipment history.
- Coordinate with production, electrical and instrumentation teams.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in a chemical/process manufacturing plant preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting, team-handling and maintenance planning skills.
- Experience with hazardous-process plant safety is an advantage.
