Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Science SME to train and mentor learners in Python for Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, practical industry experience, and the ability to deliver engaging, hands-on learning sessions that help learners build real-world projects and develop job-ready skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

- Conduct live mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions on Data Science & Machine Learning. Conduct live coding sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and practical development activities.
- Review learner assignments, projects, GitHub repositories, and code, and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Train learners on technical interview preparation, coding assessments, portfolio building, and job-readiness.
- Conduct mock interviews and resume evaluation to support learners in preparing for Full Stack Developer roles.
- Support learners in resolving technical doubts ontime
- Develop and update learning materials, coding exercises, assessments, and project guidelines.
- Mentor learners on industry best practices, real-world applications, and interview preparation.

Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in Python programming and its core data science libraries.
- Good understanding of Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Exploratory Data Analysis.
- Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, model selection, feature engineering,



and evaluation techniques.
- Practical knowledge of Deep Learning concepts, neural networks, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG-based applications.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of deploying ML or AI applications using APIs, Streamlit, FastAPI, or cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL & PowerBI
- Strong communication, presentation, and learner mentoring skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry, teaching, or mentoring experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Demonstrable experience in building practical Data Science or AI projects.
- Prior experience conducting online training sessions or mentoring learners is preferred.
- A strong GitHub portfolio, industry projects, or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Live Sessions: Conduct sessions as per schedule and learning objectives

Doubt Resolution: Timely resolution of learner technical doubts through live & communication platform(chat/discord)





Assignments: Evaluation + actionable feedback

Coding Practice: Hands-on coding exercises and debugging

Projects: End-to-end project mentoring

Code Review: Review learner code and recommend improvements

Assignments: Support evaluation of part and module end assignments

Mock Interviews: Technical interview preparation

Placement: Job-oriented technical guidance

Learner Tracking: Identify gaps and underperforming learners

Feedbacks: Maintain 4.6 or above mentor rating from learner every month

Course Completion: Maintain 80% completion for every batch

Content: Suggest curriculum/content improvements

Industry Relevance: Keep learning aligned with current MERN practices

Documentation: Submit required learner/project/assessment reports

Working Nature

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
