The F&B; Service Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service to hotel guests. The role includes table setup, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare the restaurant for service by completing mise-en-place.
- Set tables with appropriate crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Explain menu items and assist guests with their food and beverage selections.
- Ensure timely and accurate service by coordinating with the kitchen team.
- Explicit used plates, glasses, and cutlery and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and guest areas.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquet functions, and special events.




- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow personal grooming, hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle hotel equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
- Complete opening and closing duties and maintain service equipment.
- Follow hotel policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 10+2 qualification; a hotel management diploma or degree is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and time management.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
