Supervise daily field operations and technician performance. Ensure pest control treatments are carried out in accordance with company SOPs. Conduct site visits for quality checks and critical customer locations. Guide technicians on correct chemical usage, equipment handling, and safety. Monitor field staff attendance, punctuality, and work discipline. Coordinate with back office for daily job allocation and updates. Handle on-site customer queries and resolve service-related issues. Ensure technicians follow PPE and safety guidelines at all sites. Verify service reports, job completion photos, and checklists. Train current technicians and provide on-the-job guidance to existing staff. Push Sales
