Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and experienced SR. Process Associate to manage and guide our team during the US shift. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance, and maintain high-quality service standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of 5+ employees working in the US shift.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Allocate tasks, set goals, and track team performance against key metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and client requirements.
- Prepare reports on team performance and present insights to management.




- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to drive engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a US shift environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in AI/ML Tool.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and adapt to time zone differences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [Data Annotation, IT Services, Customer Support].
- Familiarity with AI Tool
