Job Responsibilities

- Must have practical experience in BMS installation work.
- Knowledge of BMS cable laying, pulling, dressing, and termination.
- Experience in cable tray installation and cable routing.
- Knowledge of BMS device installation, including sensors, controllers, thermostats, and other field devices.
- Experience in mounting and fixing BMS devices as per drawings.
- Knowledge of conduit installation and cable management.
- Ability to read BMS layouts, shop drawings, and cable routing drawings.
- Perform device wiring, termination, continuity checks, and basic testing.
- Coordinate with the site engineer and other teams to complete the work on time.
- Follow site safety rules and maintain proper installation quality.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in BMS tray installation, device installation, and cabling.
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and BMS systems.
- Ability to work independently at the site.
- Valuable teamwork and coordination skills.
