Job Description – Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition)

Role Overview

Betr India is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage bulk hiring across its QSR, café, cloud kitchen and commissary operations in Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end bulk recruitment for kitchen, service, frontline and supervisory roles.
- Conduct walk-in interviews, mass hiring drives and local recruitment campaigns.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants and hospitality institutes.
- Coordinate with Operations and Chefs to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Ensure timely closures, improve joining ratios,



and minimise candidate dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, daily MIS and monthly hiring reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and bulk hiring.
- Prior experience in QSR, café, restaurant or cloud kitchen recruitment preferred.
- Strong sourcing network and proven ability to handle multiple vacancies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Role Focus: Talent Acquisition and bulk recruitment only.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
