Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing store operations, leading the sales team, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining brand standards and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and improve conversion, average transaction value, and team productivity.
- Supervise, motivate, and coach the sales team to deliver robust sales performance.
- Demonstrate excellent watch product knowledge and provide personalized customer service.
- Manage customer relationships, CRM follow-ups, repeat sales, and customer complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, high-value watch security, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, billing accuracy, and operational compliance.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports on targets, KPIs, and stock movement.
- Oversee showroom operations in the Store Manager’s absence, within delegated authority.

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: Min 4 years in the same or related role

Location: Lulu, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
