Opening of Junior Accountant

Job Location : Vaishali Sector - 4, Ghaziabad

Experience : 1-3 Year

We are Nipco Group manufacturer of Conduit Pipes. We require a Junior Accountant Or Data Entry Operator who can handle all the Billing related works. Candidates having experience in making Eway Bills, generating invoice and e-invoice may only apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase and sales transactions in Busy Accounting Software.
- Maintain proper accounting vouchers and records.
- Prepare and record Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
- Handle basic TDS-related entries and understanding.
- Perform ledger reconciliation and party account verification.
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist in internal follow-ups.
- Maintain bank entries and cash book records.
- Take printouts of accounting vouchers and maintain proper physical filing records.
- Ensure systematic filing and organization of purchase, sales, bank,



and other accounting documents.
- Provide support in routine accounting and compliance tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Busy Accounting Software (Preferred)/ Tally.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Explicit understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Own laptop preferred.
- Commerce background preferred (B.com / M.com).

Shift Basis - Day Shift

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
