Job Title: AR Associate / Senior Associate – Hospital Billing (RCM)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1.05 –5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:

- Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Hospital Billing.
- Work on UB-04 claims, insurance denials, underpayments, and outstanding AR.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and resolve payment issues.
- Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions for claim resolution.
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and partially paid claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and process SLAs.

Required Skills:





- Experience in US Healthcare RCM – Hospital Billing.
- Knowledge of UB-04 claims, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Shifts : Night Shifts - 11PM to 8AM

Work Location : Hitech City
