We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Blood Collection Executive (Phlebotomist) to collect blood samples from patients at their homes. The candidate should ensure protected, hygienic, and accurate sample collection while providing a comfortable experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit patient homes for blood sample collection as per appointment schedule
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection control protocols
- Label, store, and transport samples safely to the laboratory
- Handle patients politely and ensure a smooth collection process
- Maintain daily collection records and reports
- Coordinate with lab staff for timely sample processing

Requirements

- 10th, 12th, Diploma, or Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in blood collection (freshers can also apply)




- Good communication skills (Tamil required; English basic preferred)
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
- Ability to work in the field and travel within the selected area

Skills Required

- Patient handling skills (Especially elderly & children)
- Time management and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of lab tests and sample handling

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives based on the number of collections
