Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for our growing SAP practice across India and international markets. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on SAP hiring experience, a strong understanding of the SAP talent market, and proven expertise in leading recruitment teams and managing niche hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP recruitment across functional, technical, cloud, and leadership roles.
- Drive hiring for SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, Basis, Fiori, BTP, RISE with SAP, and AMS.
- Build solid SAP talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and market mapping.
- Partner with Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Business Heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage high-volume and niche SAP hiring within defined turnaround times.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SAP recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.




- Monitor recruitment metrics, market trends, salary benchmarks, and team performance.
- Support international SAP hiring across global markets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 10+ years of overall Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 7 years of dedicated, hands-on SAP Talent Acquisition experience is mandatory.
- Experience in IT Services, SAP Consulting, or technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, technical and functional roles, and the SAP talent market.
- Proven experience hiring SAP Consultants, Architects, Technical and Functional Specialists, and Delivery Leaders.
- Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in international SAP hiring will be an added advantage.
