Job Description:- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues effectively.- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems to identify root causes and implement solutions.- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, software, and peripherals.- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and ensure data security.- Respond to IT support tickets via email, phone, or ticketing systems and document resolutions.- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.Key Requirements:- Willingness to work rotational.- Must have a bike for store visits.- Experience in the F&B; industry.- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT.
