Hype Digitals & Promotions is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, robust typing abilities, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat.
- Provide quick, professional, and helpful responses to Australian customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, delivery updates, and general enquiries.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Follow company policies, customer service procedures, and communication guidelines.
- Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining response quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet assigned performance targets, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow data-handling guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good English communication and typing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet-based applications.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through written messages.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and chats simultaneously.
- Strong listening, understanding, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in an early-morning Australian shift starting from 4:00 AM onwards.- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, email support, or international BPO will be an advantage.
