About the Role

Kuberloan is hiring an experienced Loan Executive with hands-on experience in payday loans or short-term salary loans within an NBFC. The role involves customer calling, handling loan enquiries, coordinating applications and following up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding payday loan requirements.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, interest rates, charges and repayment terms accurately.
- Collect application details and check documents for completeness.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for application processing and disbursement.
- Follow up on pending documents and incomplete applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM updates and daily reports.
- Work towards agreed calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer information confidentially and follow company procedures.

Requirements





- Previous experience handling payday loans in an NBFC is mandatory.
- Understanding of short-term lending, KYC documentation and the loan application process.
- Robust communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in customer calling, loan sales or loan processing.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and CRM software.
- Good follow-up skills, attention to detail and a professional approach to customers.
