Job Description

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience using the official WhatsApp Business API to run targeted marketing campaigns, automate customer conversations, and generate qualified leads.

The role involves managing opt-in contact lists, creating approved WhatsApp message templates, building chatbot workflows, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign performance. You will use WhatsApp Business API platforms and CRM tools to engage potential customers, improve conversions, and maintain a healthy WhatsApp number quality rating.

We are looking for someone who understands compliant WhatsApp marketing, campaign automation, and lead generation—not just bulk message sending.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for opted-in contacts using the official WhatsApp Business API.
- Grow contact lists through landing pages, website forms, QR codes, and Click-to-WhatsApp ads.
- Create marketing message templates with clear offers, calls to action, buttons, and images, following WhatsApp template approval requirements.
- Segment audiences by interest, location, customer profile, and buying stage to deliver relevant, personalized campaigns.
- Build and manage chatbot flows, automated replies, lead capture journeys, and follow-up sequences.
- Monitor WhatsApp number quality ratings and manage messaging frequency, opt-outs, blocks, and customer feedback.
- Track message delivery, read rates, replies, conversions, and qualified leads to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Test message copy, offers, audience segments, and campaign timing to improve engagement and results.
- Integrate WhatsApp campaigns with CRM systems and maintain accurate customer and lead records.




- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and support timely follow-ups.
- Follow applicable WhatsApp Business Platform policies, consent requirements, and data privacy practices.

- WhatsApp Business API: AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, Gupshup, or similar platforms
- Campaign Management: WhatsApp broadcasts, approved message templates, and audience segmentation
- Automation: WhatsApp chatbots, automated replies, and WhatsApp Flows
- Lead Generation: Click-to-WhatsApp Ads, landing pages, QR codes, and website forms
- Marketing & Design: Meta Business Suite, Canva, and AI writing tools
- Data & Reporting: CRM systems, Google Sheets, and campaign analytics tools

Experience

- Hands-on experience running WhatsApp marketing campaigns through the official WhatsApp Business API.
- Practical knowledge of broadcast campaigns, template creation and approval, audience segmentation, and opt-in list management.
- Experience setting up chatbot workflows, automated responses, lead capture, and follow-up sequences.
- Understanding of WhatsApp number quality ratings, opt-outs, blocks, and messaging policy compliance.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve engagement, conversions, and lead quality.
- Experience maintaining CRM records and coordinating with sales teams is preferred.

- Do not use purchased or scraped phone-number lists for unsolicited campaigns.
- Do not rely on switching phone numbers to work around blocks or account restrictions.

Role Objective

Build and manage scalable WhatsApp marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales while maintaining customer trust and compliance. Success is measured by campaign engagement, qualified leads, conversions, and healthy account quality—not simply the number of messages sent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
