Telecaller – Gaming Website

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to handle customer calls for our gaming website. The candidate will communicate with users, explain website features and gaming services, assist with basic account-related queries, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make and receive calls from website users.
- Explain gaming website features, offers, and services clearly.
- Help customers with basic registration and account-related queries.
- Follow up with interested users and existing customers.
- Resolve basic customer questions and forward technical issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and customer engagement targets.




- Communicate professionally and politely with customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Hindi/Punjabi/English communication skills preferred.
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Telecalling or customer-support experience is an advantage.
