We are looking for a explicit-speaking and results-driven Telecaller to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your main goal will be to reach out to leads, explain our offerings, answer questions, and schedule meetings or close sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a patient phone manner, and a track record of meeting daily outreach targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospects from a provided database to introduce our products or services.
- Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and filter out high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Pitching & Presentation: Explain product or service features clearly, highlighting how they solve the customer's specific problems.
- Handling Objections: Listen actively to customer concerns, answer questions patiently, and handle objections professionally.
- Meeting Scheduling: Book appointments, online demos, or follow-up consultations for the field sales or business development teams.
- Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all calls,



customer feedback, and follow-up dates in our database or CRM.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Agent, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar phone-based role. (Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, polite tone and strong listening abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and [Insert regional language, e.g., Hindi / Spanish / Arabic].
- Persuasion: Strong convincing skills with a positive attitude and resilience when handling rejection.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations, MS Office, and ideally a CRM or auto-dialer software.
- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
