Business Analyst – Secondary Device Management Program

Key Responsibilities

- Device Inventory Assessment: Review device reports generated by Data Security Services (DSS) teams and internal systems to identify secondary and distributed PCs across the organization
- Device Classification: Engage with PC owners to accurately categorize devices as office PCs, lab PCs, or manufacturing PCs
- Optimization & Disposition: For office PCs, collaborate with device owners, their managers, and the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to evaluate necessity and determine whether devices should remain in service or be returned to Western Digital
- Asset Tracking: Document and maintain records of device models and Windows operating system versions on secondary PCs to support future OS upgrade planning and technology refresh decisions
- Stakeholder Management: Conduct administrative follow-up with multiple teams and individuals to gather required information, confirm classifications, and track decisions through to completion
- Program Tracking: Maintain comprehensive records of all assessments, classifications, decisions, and actions to ensure accountability and program visibility

Required Qualifications





- Strong understanding of IT business processes and information security principles
- Proven ability to work independently with self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate across teams
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to administrative and tracking responsibilities
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and reports

Preferred Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT asset management, or related field
- Familiarity with PC hardware models and Windows operating systems
- Experience with device management or inventory systems
- Background in cross-functional project coordination

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
