JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES CONSULTANT

Job Purpose

To assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, explain product features, generate sales, and achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.
- Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate recent sales leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Registration teams.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up reports in the CRM system.
- Ensure a smooth vehicle booking and delivery experience.




- Maintain good customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented attitude and target achievement capability.
- Basic knowledge of automobile products and features.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Experience & Eligibility

- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Candidates from automobile dealerships, consumer durables, or other retail sales backgrounds can be considered.

Reporting To

Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager

Compensation

As per industry standards and candidate experience, along with applicable sales incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
