Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Brand Merchandiser to visit supermarkets, hypermarkets, bakeries, and retail outlets to improve product visibility, maintain attractive displays, monitor stock availability, and support sales growth across our brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Visits & Merchandising
- Visit assigned supermarkets, hypermarkets, bakeries, and retail outlets according to a planned daily route.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and displayed on shelves.
- Improve product visibility through strategic shelf placement and attractive displays.
- Ensure our products receive adequate shelf space and are positioned for maximum customer visibility.
- Stock Management
- Check stock availability and identify out-of-stock products.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Identify slow-moving products and coordinate with the sales team to improve sales.
- Report damaged, expired, or near-expiry products to the concerned team.
- Sales Support & Growth
- Work closely with store managers and department staff to improve product placement.
- Identify opportunities to increase product sales and introduce new products.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, shelf placement, and promotional activities.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activities.
- Relationship Management




- Build and maintain valuable relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Coordinate with store personnel to secure better product visibility and display opportunities.
- Follow up on merchandising requirements and resolve display-related issues.
- Reporting & Accountability
- Submit daily store visit reports with photographs of product displays.
- Record stock availability, shelf condition, competitor activities, and display improvements.
- Track merchandising activities and report sales-related opportunities.
- Ensure all assigned outlets are visited according to the schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
- Experience in FMCG merchandising, retail sales, or supermarket operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel daily between assigned retail outlets.
- Ability to build relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Basic smartphone skills for reporting and taking photographs.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Compensation

- Salary: As per experience and suitability.
- Travel allowance: As per company policy.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
