Job Description

We are looking for an Agency & Referral Development Manager to develop recurring business opportunities through agencies, consultants, web and software companies, referral networks, and white-label relationships.

The role includes identifying potential referral and agency partners, initiating conversations, building qualified relationships, presenting collaboration opportunities, following up consistently, and developing long-term channels that can generate qualified business opportunities.

Experience

Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Candidates with relevant experience in business development, agency relationships, referral development, partnerships, channel development, or B2B sales can apply.

Experience in the digital marketing, web development, software, IT services, or related service industry will be preferred.

- Confidence in communicating with business owners, agency heads, consultants, and decision-makers
- Ability to independently manage outreach, discussions, follow-ups, and opportunity development
- Strong focus on generating qualified business opportunities through external business relationships
