- Role Overview We are seeking an aggressive, self-driven, and result-oriented Power Sales Executive who excels at lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing within the renewable energy and Open Access power market. The ideal candidate possesses a hunter mindset—someone who can actively prospect, identify potential Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) clients, navigate complex decision-making hierarchies, and independently drive the entire sales cycle from cold reach-outs to signing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers for renewable energy supply. Proactively research, map, and source high-potential Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) power consumers in target industrial hubs. Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline through customer acquisition activities. Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable renewable power solutions. Independently negotiate and close Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Handle customer onboarding activities ,



Payment follow-up. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations, revenue analysis and cost benefit sheets for the customers. Requirement Experience: 1–3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in the power/energy sector, preferably focusing on Open Access, C&I; solar, or power trading. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of Open Access, Group Captive, Power Allocation, PPAs, and TNEB procedures. High-impact negotiation skills, persistent prospecting attitude, and strong relationship-building capabilities with corporate decision-makers. Willingness to travel independently and extensively across all industrial hubs in Tamil Nadu to drive face-to-face customer interactions.
