Sama Home Store, a leading home and kitchen essentials retail store in Chennai, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Staff to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.

* Explain product features, quality, pricing and usage.

* Handle sales of homeware, kitchenware, storage products, lunch boxes, water bottles and other household essentials.

* Maintain attractive product displays and arrange shelves.

* Refill stock and keep the store neat and organised.

* Support billing, stock checking and daily store operations.

* Provide excellent customer service and help achieve sales targets.

Requirements

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Previous retail sales experience preferred; freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.





* Basic calculation and billing skills.

* Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to learn.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Willingness to work in a retail environment with flexible shifts, as applicable.
