Manage end-to-end restaurant operations, including opening, service and closing. Supervise the Head Chef, service staff, stewards and other restaurant personnel as applicable. Ensure prompt, courteous service and resolve guest complaints. Monitor food quality, presentation, service standards and customer feedback. Manage restaurant reservations, table allocation, billing and cash/POS reconciliation. Monitor sales, food costs, wastage, inventory and operating expenses. Prepare staff rosters, manage attendance and coordinate weekly offs. Ensure hygiene, safety, grooming and service standards. Coordinate with the Banquet Manager and resort/site team for group bookings and events. Prepare daily sales, operational and guest feedback reports for management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
