About Us:
Akira Social Gaming Lounge is a newly opened premium gaming lounge in Potheri, Chengalpattu, seeking a reliable and humble individual to be our very first core team member. We feature high-end PCs for Valorant/CS2, PS5 consoles, and a dual Sim Racing rig setup. We have a chill vibe, great speakers, and a supportive environment. We are currently the only premium gaming lounge in the area, with a spacious room and strong footfall—and we are built to expand.

What You Will Do:
You don't need to be a pro gamer, but you must have a good attitude and be willing to learn.

- Guest Experience: Welcome customers politely and maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the lounge. Manage the music playlist to keep the vibe right.
- Tech Assistance (Training Provided): You will be taught to host basic Sim Racing dual battles and switch between PC/Console setups. Basic computer knowledge (Windows, cables, settings) is required.
- Daily Operations: Keep the lounge clean and organized daily. This includes cleaning controllers/equipment, taking out trash, and restocking beverages/snacks.
- Food Prep: Prepare simple items like cup noodles and instant coffee mixes for customers.
- Chill Factor: During free hours, you are welcome to play games,



provided the shop is clean and customers are attended to.

Requirements:

- English Communication: Good spoken English is a must (to interact with SRM students and customers).
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using Windows and basic troubleshooting.
- Attitude: Humble, honest, proactive, and willing to learn. You must be a reliable "people person."
- Music Taste: Valuable music taste is a big plus.

Growth Opportunity (Read This Carefully):
This is not just a cleaning job. We are looking for someone to fully train and eventually manage the entire store.

- Year 1: You learn everything—operations, Sim Racing hosting, customer handling, inventory.
- After Year 1: If the business performs well, you transition into a Manager role, overseeing part-time staff and daily operations.
- Salary Growth: Akira Social Gaming Lounge is the only premium gaming lounge in the area with the room and footfall to expand. The first hire grows with the business. Salary is reviewed at the end of Year 1 and increased significantly based on performance and the lounge's growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
