About the Role

Autoprint, a reputed printing and printing machinery organisation, is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, travelling, building relationships and converting opportunities into business. The ideal candidate should be confident, outgoing and comfortable visiting customers and prospective clients on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for developing a sales funnel from prospecting to order conversion and payment collection, while building robust, long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing customers and new prospects every day to generate business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and develop new leads through field visits, networking and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing products/services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and sales funnel.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely payment collection.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Travel within Coimbatore and occasionally to nearby mofussil markets including Salem, Erode, Ooty, Tiruppur and Pollachi.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual sales and revenue targets.

- Has a genuine interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Understands the fundamentals of selling,



prospecting and follow-up.
- Is persuasive, enthusiastic and results-oriented.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is willing to spend significant time in the field.
- Can independently plan customer visits and follow-ups.
- Is comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Has a valid driving licence and is willing to travel for work. (Preferred)

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, field sales, business development, printing or B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
