ThriveIn CyberSpace is looking for skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Trainers to deliver practical, industry-oriented cybersecurity training to college students.

This is a project-based, on-site training assignment requiring trainers to travel to designated colleges and training locations across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.

Compulsory travel and on-site deployment are essential requirements. The company will provide travel, food, and accommodation for the assignment. Candidates must be available for the full project duration and comfortable working at different assigned locations.

- Network Security & Perimeter Devices
- Cyber Laws, DPDP Act 2023, Ethics & Compliance
- AI in Cybersecurity

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom-based cybersecurity training to college students.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and cybersecurity lab sessions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain technical concepts through practical examples and industry use cases.
- Assess student performance and maintain attendance and training progress reports.
- Deliver training in English and the relevant local language as required.
- Travel to assigned college locations and complete the training schedule.
- Ensure all practical cybersecurity activities are conducted ethically and in authorized lab environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, or relevant specialized domains.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver hands-on, student-focused technical training.
- Proficiency in English and the relevant regional language.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across the specified states.
- Availability for the complete project duration.

Preferred qualifications:

- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT,



or a relevant technical qualification.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Previous experience delivering cybersecurity training to college students.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools, practical labs, and training environments.

Compensation & Benefits

- Professional fee of ₹50,000–₹65,000 per month, depending on expertise and experience.
